Account Deletion
Request
Follow the steps below to delete your account and all personal data from the Paftalk application.
In-App Account Deletion
You can delete your account fastest directly through our mobile app:
- Open the Paftalk app and log in.
- Go to the 'Profile' tab from the bottom menu.
- Tap on the 'Delete Account' option.
- Confirm the action on the prompt screen.
Account Deletion Request via Email
If you don't have access to the app, you can request your account deletion by sending us an email from your registered email address.
Send an email to:
destek@paftalk.com.trPlease send the email from the address you used to register for Paftalk and write 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line.
What Happens to Your Data?
- When your account is deleted, your profile information, properties, client records, and personal notes are permanently deleted.
- Financial records (billing, etc.) that are legally required to be retained will be kept securely for the statutory periods.
- If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play Store.
